A non-refundable $70 deposit is required to secure all appointments at the time of booking appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your service. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment time if rescheduling is requested at least 48 business hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, late cancellations, or missed appointments will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee.

This policy allows us to respect the time of our practitioners and provide the highest level of care and availability to all clients.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice may also be subject to an additional rebooking fee. Please note that arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and may require rescheduling.

For your safety and optimal treatment results, we recommend avoiding injectable services — including wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, PRP/PRF and similar treatments — within 2 weeks before or after vaccinations, active infections, illness, or dental procedures. Injectable treatments are not performed during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for individuals with uncontrolled or unstable autoimmune conditions.*
